1. About GrabFlow

GrabFlow is a service of Sir Render (Haarlem, the Netherlands). With your permission, GrabFlow retrieves invoices from online platforms where you are a customer, stores them on your own computer and shows which are already in your bookkeeping. These terms apply to grabflow.io, the hub and the GrabFlow extension for your browser.

2. Your account

You need an account. You keep your login details to yourself and are responsible for what happens with your account.

One subscription is for one person or one company and works on a maximum of 3 computers.

3. Subscription and payment

New accounts receive a one-time 14-day free period. After that, GrabFlow costs the price shown on the site at the time of subscribing (currently €4.95 per month with an annual subscription or €6.95 per month), excluding VAT.

Payment is handled by Stripe. The subscription renews automatically. You cancel in your settings; the subscription then ends at the end of the current period. Paid periods are not refunded, unless required by law.

We may change prices. We will notify you at least 30 days in advance; you can then cancel before the new price takes effect.

4. What you may do with GrabFlow

You use GrabFlow for your own accounts, with platforms where you yourself are a customer and with your own logins.

It is not permitted to copy, replicate, reverse engineer or resell GrabFlow, the extension or any part thereof, or to incorporate it into your own product, or to extract data from the service by automated means. The software, the method per platform and the recipes for reading invoices are the property of Sir Render.

It is not permitted to use GrabFlow with other people's accounts without their permission, or in a way that violates a platform's terms.

5. Platforms and your bookkeeping

GrabFlow works with other parties' websites (such as Amazon, Bol and Moneybird). If a platform changes its website, retrieval may temporarily not work; we do our best to resolve this quickly, but cannot guarantee that every platform will always work.

GrabFlow reads invoices automatically and suggests bookings. Check what goes into your bookkeeping; GrabFlow does not provide accounting or tax advice. You remain responsible for your accounts and tax returns.

A scan is a tool, not a guarantee that everything is in. GrabFlow depends on how platforms offer and register their invoices, and on the communication between platforms, sellers and your bookkeeping. If you order a lot, we advise scanning at least once a week and checking Missing to see whether an invoice got stuck somewhere.

6. Teaching a platform

When you teach GrabFlow a platform, you give us permission to use the anonymously recorded structure of that website to make the platform available to all users. No content or login details are stored; see the privacy statement.

7. Liability

GrabFlow is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid to GrabFlow in the 12 months preceding the damage. We are not liable for indirect damage, such as missed deductions, fines or lost time.

8. Termination

You can have your account deleted at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account in the event of misuse or breach of these terms.

9. Miscellaneous

These terms are governed by Dutch law. We may amend the terms; we will announce significant changes in advance.
